Job Requirements
- Construction and/or commercial business project management experience and thorough familiarity with standard construction contracts, practices, means, methods, materials and techniques
- Experience with windows and doors, glazing, curtain wall, and store front is required
- Understanding of Construction Process, Procedures, Means, Methods and Materials
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build working relationships to enhance efficiency and satisfaction are required
- Must have the ability to partner with customer base as a Marvin product expert
- Willingness to travel (occasionally overnight) and work a flexible schedule is a must
- Must reside within the territory
- Valid Driver’s License & Insurability for Driving
- Strong detail orientation
- Proficiency in MS Project or comparable project management software a strong plus
- Knowledge of Comsense is a plus
